Mr. Hoang Tung is currently a member of the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, Deputy Head of the Farmers' Work Committee.

According to Mr. Hoang Tung, previously the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and the Party Committees of Central Trade Unions were independent party organizations, so the direction and administration will have certain differences, due to the different nature of the work.
"Now, when we are at the same "house", I believe that unity from top to bottom will be a very important factor to strengthen leadership and direction in implementing professional tasks to achieve even higher efficiency," said Mr. Hoang Tung.
Sharing about his expectations and sending them to the Congress, Mr. Hoang Tung said that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions, term 2025-2030, is a special milestone, this is the first term after the merger, the time to open a new stage of development, with increasingly high requirements for each Party member in the Party Committee.
As a Party member in the Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Tung believes that this Congress will demonstrate strong political will, determination to comprehensively and strongly innovate. At the same time, Mr. Hoang Tung hopes that in the coming term, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations will continue to strongly innovate leadership methods; direct the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to become a more regular and practical work, associated with the functions and tasks of each party organization and cadres and party members. Along with that, it is necessary to pay attention to building a truly clean and strong party organization, ensuring streamlining, effective and efficient operations. In addition, Mr. Hoang Tung especially hopes that the next term will promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party building work, especially in managing Party members.
According to Mr. Tung, at the threshold of new opportunities, new fates, new era of the nation, each cadre and Party member always realizes that besides every advantage, there will always be potential difficulties and challenges. However, if each cadre and party member is self-conscious of their responsibility towards the collective, we will clearly see the challenges, risks, etc., thereby we will have appropriate solutions. Every cadre and party member must always consider studying Ho Chi Minh's moral and stylistic example as a regular and continuous activity. Actively self-study, equip yourself with necessary skills, be ready to change to improve, contribute to the excellent completion of all assigned tasks, said Mr. Hoang Tung.
