People expect the Party Congress at all levels
There are only a few days left until the Party Congresses of wards and communes in Hai Phong City for the 2025-2030 term. The atmosphere of preparation for this important political event is spreading throughout residential areas, clearly demonstrating the concern and expectations of cadres, party members and people.
In Thanh Dong ward, the congress celebration work has been implemented synchronously since early. Residential areas simultaneously hung national flags, canoes, and slogans to create a solemn and vibrant atmosphere. The main roads have been renovated and heavily cleaned; many Party cells have completed the organization of grassroots congresses in accordance with procedures and regulations.
According to Ms. Pham Thi Linh - Party Cell Secretary, Head of Residential Area No. 8, Thanh Dong Ward, up to this point, the residential area of No. 8 has basically completed activities to celebrate the congress such as general environmental sanitation, decorating flags, organizing Party cell activities combined with propaganda about the role and significance of Party Congresses at all levels.

In particular, the art program to welcome the Congress will be held on the evening of August 9 at the Xi Dong Cultural House and on the evening of August 10 at the ward People's Committee hall, creating a vibrant spiritual highlight before the Congress.
"People are looking forward to this congress, not only because this is an important political event, but also because they expect positive changes in the new term. We hope that the congress will select dedicated, capable cadres who are committed to the people, and at the same time have decisions that are close to reality, creating momentum for local development Ms. Linh shared.
Not only in the residential group, but also socio-political organizations and unions in Thanh Dong ward have simultaneously launched practical tasks towards the congress. Union members and members, especially the younger generation, actively propagated on social networks, participated in environmental sanitation, supported the decoration of the hall... creating a vibrant and united competitive atmosphere, unanimously aiming for the success of the congress.
Officials expect the congress to create a breakthrough for the locality
In Hai Duong ward - a central area of the city, the preparation for the congress has also been implemented methodically, synchronously, and on schedule. Steps from drafting a political report, preparing personnel for the new term Party Committee, collecting comments and contributions from Party members and veteran cadres are all done publicly, democratically, and promoting collective intelligence.
Ms. Vu Thu Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Duong Ward said: "Union members and young people in the ward are closely monitoring the preparation for the congress. We hope that in the coming term, there will be many policies to encourage young people to get married and start a business, especially creating conditions for young union members to participate more deeply in the common work of the locality. Young cadres need to be created an environment to practice, contribute and mature".

Sharing the same view, Mr. Hoang Quoc Tung - Officer of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications of Hai Duong Ward - expressed his belief that this congress will select truly capable and dedicated people to lead the local community to comprehensively develop both infrastructure, people's lives and spiritual and cultural activities.
We really hope that there will be breakthrough policies, promoting harmonious development between the economy and culture, between urbanization and preserving traditional values. I myself also hope to continue to contribute efforts to build in-depth cultural and sports activities, associated with the actual needs of the people Mr. Tung shared.
From the excitement in Thanh Dong to the expectations in Hai Duong, it is possible to clearly see the confidence and sense of responsibility of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life for this congress.
That is the solid foundation for wards and communes to successfully organize congresses, truly becoming an extensive political activity, an opportunity to strengthen trust and promote the strength of solidarity in the entire political system and people.
