On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Vietnam War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,47 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 24, a working delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited, encouraged and presented 143 gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution at the Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center (Nho Quan commune, Ninh Binh province).

After 60 years of construction and development, Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center has received, treated and cared for over 2,000 seriously ill and disabled soldiers.
Currently, the Center is managing, nurturing, treating and recovering functions and implementing policies and regimes for 143 people who are wounded, sick soldiers, resistance fighters and children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, social protection beneficiaries in especially difficult circumstances with mental illnesses.
In recent years, the Center has always done a good job of management according to the "open Management" model with 6 departments - branches, 76 positions of highly qualified cadres, doctors, and nurses, who are dedicated to their work, recognized and commended by central and local agencies.
Speaking at the visit and giving gifts to war invalids and sick soldiers at Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - expressed her deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in general, and those who are seriously ill and sick soldiers being cared for and treated at the Center in particular in the cause of fighting and defending the Fatherland.
Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha sent her best wishes to the wounded, sick soldiers, meritorious people being treated at the Center and the team of officers and doctors who are always enthusiastic and responsible for their work.

Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha emphasized that along with the overall development of the country, the work of caring for and supporting meritorious people is increasingly receiving attention. In particular, Ninh Binh province has had many activities and policies to care for people with meritorious services.
Recognize and commend the important contributions of the Center's staff as well as the province in carrying out the task of caring for and nursing people with meritorious services over the years.
Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha hopes that in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province will actively pay attention and organize many " use of gratitude" activities as well as facilities for each wounded soldier, sick soldier, policy families and meritorious people in the Center in particular and the whole province in general to receive more attention.
For the Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center, it is necessary to continue to do a good job of treatment, rehabilitation, dedicated and thoughtful care to stabilize health, ensure nutrition, improve physical fitness as well as the best regimes and policies so that this place is truly a spiritual support and a reliable address for war invalids, sick soldiers and families of meritorious people.
Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha also hopes that war invalids and sick soldiers at the Center will continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, live happily, live well and be useful; always be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren, an example for the younger generation to learn and practice.
