On the afternoon of July 23, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of martyrs and war invalids in Dong Nai province on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Mui (Tam Hiep Ward), war invalid Nguyen Van Chinh (Tran Bien Ward), war invalid Ho Thanh Phong (Tran Bien Ward), war invalid Tran Van Nghia (Bien Hoa Ward), Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Ngu with a husband and children who are martyrs in Bien Hoa Ward.

At the places visited, the Deputy Prime Minister kindly visited and expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
At the same time, he affirmed that the Party, State and people always remember and show gratitude for the contributions of generations of ancestors who have devoted and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
The Deputy Prime Minister hopes that Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, and meritorious people will continue to maintain their health, always be shining examples for their children and grandchildren to follow, contributing to educating the revolutionary tradition and patriotism to the younger generation.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels of Dong Nai province continue to pay attention to and better care for the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions, especially those in difficult circumstances and those who are elderly; consider this a regular task, demonstrating the nation's "When drinking water, remember its source".
