The delegates were informed of the new policies and laws passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 8th and 9th sessions.
The focus is Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Law on Organization of Local Government (amended); Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies (amended).
The province's legal reporter also introduced and guided the implementation of new laws such as: Law on Grassroots Democracy; Law on Grassroots Conciliation; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth...
Mr. Nguyen Van Son (Thuan An commune) shared that this conference is very practical. We have been updated with many new legal regulations, close to people's lives.
"This knowledge helps Front cadres in residential areas operate more effectively, propagating and mobilizing people to understand and comply with the law, together building a developed, prosperous and happy residential area" - Mr. Nguyen Van Son added.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, this is a practical activity to accompany local authorities at both levels and respond to Vietnam Law Day (November 9).
Through the conference, the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws were widely disseminated to the people.
Thereby, contributing to creating social consensus in law enforcement, promoting the role of the Front in mobilizing people to comply with laws, treaties, conventions, building cultural life, developing the socio-economy and maintaining order and safety in the locality.
The conference was held on November 5 in Duc Lap commune (Lam Dong province) with the participation of more than 150 Front officials in residential areas in Duc Lap, Thuan An and Dak Dak Dak communes.
