Previously, on September 27, a tragic accident occurred in Tan Hung commune. T.T.T, after going out with friends, was walking home across the iron bridge when he was suddenly electrocuted and died.
As soon as the incident occurred, Tan Hung Commune Police coordinated with local authorities to arrive at the scene. Through a quick inspection, the authorities discovered a section of electric wire about 80 m long dragged from power pole No. 52 in Cai Cam hamlet into a household's house. Notably, the rope to the middle span of the iron bridge was damaged, suspected to be electrical short circuit, which was the cause of the accident.
The local authorities have prepared procedures, worked with the victim's family and verified the cause of the incident.
