Ca Mau - Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province visited, encouraged and presented financial support to the family of the girl who unfortunately died from electric shock.

On the morning of September 28, Mr. Le Thanh Trieu, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, visited, encouraged and presented financial support to the family of the 10-year-old girl in Rach Duoc hamlet, Hung My commune, who unfortunately died from electric shock.

During the visit, Mr. Le Thanh Trieu directly supported, expressed sympathy and deeply shared the great loss of the family. He affirmed that this was an extremely heartbreaking incident, leaving serious consequences for his family and society.

On behalf of the provincial leaders and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Mr. Le Thanh Trieu expressed his deep condolences, hoping that the family would soon overcome the pain and stabilize their lives. At the same time, the province will direct sectors and localities to strengthen management and inspection of electrical safety, in order to limit and prevent similar tragic incidents in the coming time.

Representatives of the victim's family emotionally thanked the provincial leaders, local authorities and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. During the family's grief, the care and sharing of the leaders and neighbors was a great source of encouragement. The family also hopes that the authorities will take tighter measures so that no other family will have to suffer similar losses.

Previously, on September 27, a tragic accident occurred in Tan Hung commune. T.T.T, after going out with friends, was walking home across the iron bridge when he was suddenly electrocuted and died.

As soon as the incident occurred, Tan Hung Commune Police coordinated with local authorities to arrive at the scene. Through a quick inspection, the authorities discovered a section of electric wire about 80 m long dragged from power pole No. 52 in Cai Cam hamlet into a household's house. Notably, the rope to the middle span of the iron bridge was damaged, suspected to be electrical short circuit, which was the cause of the accident.

The local authorities have prepared procedures, worked with the victim's family and verified the cause of the incident.
