The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Vinh Long province sets a target of 100% of Front agencies implementing digital transformation

Vinh Long - The Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) agreed on the goal of digital transformation of the entire Front system at all levels.

On the morning of November 19, the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Vinh Long province held an official session in a spirit of solidarity and seriousness to look back at the past term and agree on the direction of innovation.

At the official session, the congress focused on discussing key contents in the direction of the 2025 - 2030 term, emphasizing the need to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on the grassroots, effectively implementing the motto "close to the people, close to the people".

The Congress determined that promoting the people's mastery and strictly implementing the Law on Grassroots Democracy is a consistent requirement, aiming to enhance trust and social consensus.

A highlight that many delegates are interested in is building a system of the Front and socio-political organizations in a streamlined, efficient and efficient manner; promoting the role of the Front Working Committee, branches, unions and prestigious people in the community.

The Congress also set out the task of improving the quality of propaganda, mobilization, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, association members and people; consolidating the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups and religions in the province.

In the field of social supervision and criticism, the congress set an annual target, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee implemented 4 supervision contents, the Commune level implemented 2 contents; at the same time, 100% of draft documents required by the People's Council and People's Committee were subject to social criticism.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations will also maintain "Listening to the People Month", "3 public - 3 supervision" and strengthen social dialogue models.

The Congress also agreed on many important targets: mobilizing the provincial "For the Poor" Fund to reach at least 30 billion VND/year; the poverty rate decreased by 1 - 1.5%/year; 100% of residential areas organized the National Great Unity Festival; 90% of heads of the Front Work Committee were fostered in their professional skills; each commune and ward built at least one self-managed, united, prosperous and happy residential area.

In particular, the congress emphasized the goal of 100% of provincial and commune-level Front agencies implementing digital transformation in the entire working process.

With a high spirit of innovation and consensus, the working session officially affirmed the determination to build a modern and effective Vinh Long Provincial Front system, meeting the development requirements and expectations of the People in the new term.
