On the evening of November 25, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) attended the live TV program "Overcoming the fierce flood". The program is jointly organized by Vietnam Television and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and is broadcast live on VTV1.
At the program, facing the difficulties and losses of people in the flooded areas of the Central and Central Highlands, Ms. Ha Thi Nga expressed that more than ever, people in flooded areas are in great need of support and support from people across the country.
On behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, Ms. Ha Thi Nga respectfully thanked the people of the whole country, the business community, international friends and overseas overseas Vietnamese, especially over the past nearly 2 months, through the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, more than 1.1 million people and over 60,000 organizations have participated in support activities for people in flooded areas.
We think that this support is extremely meaningful, not only as financial support, timely material conditions but also a very warm sharing of feelings. The tradition of the Vietnamese people is the spirit of "mutual love" and more than ever, people in flooded areas really need that," Ms. Ha Thi Nga shared.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga informed that in the past 2 months, through the Fatherland Front system at all levels, they have received cash support of over VND 3,200 billion. According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, this is an extremely meaningful resource to support and help people rebuild their lives soon.
"The immediate difficulties will pass, but for people to continue to struggle and rebuild their lives, it is necessary to have the cooperation of the whole society. We strongly call on and hope that the people of the whole country, the business community, overseas Vietnamese as well as international friends will continue to provide affection and support both mentally and materially so that people in flooded areas, functional forces as well as local authorities have more conditions, resources, as well as more motivation to overcome difficulties and challenges," Ms. Ha Thi Nga shared.
According to information on the program, as of 9:00 p.m. on November 25, 13,391 organizations and individuals have contributed through the TV series "Overcoming the Flood" with a total amount of up to 6.3 billion VND.
