On the morning of July 7, Nam Nha Trang Ward Police organized a return of property to Mr. Rystaev Ilgis (born in 1993, national of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan) - the person who dropped a leather wallet with a total of nearly 80 million VND and many important personal documents.
At noon on July 4, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen (43 years old, working at the Naval Academy) discovered a brown leather wallet on the road.
After checking and seeing many documents and cash inside, she reported it to Nam Nha Trang Ward Police.
Immediately after receiving the wallet, the police force deployed verification and found the owner of the wallet. At around 2:00 p.m. the same day, the unit had contacted Mr. Ilgis.

Mr. Ilgis emotionally shared: I was really surprised and touched by the kind act of the Vietnamese people and the speed and professionalism of the police force. I thought I would never find this asset again.
A representative of Nam Nha Trang Ward Police said that picking up lost property and returning it to the owner is not only a beautiful act but also contributes to spreading a good image of Vietnamese people in the eyes of international friends.
