The Congress was prepared carefully, methodically and democratically
Ms. Tran Thi Thoa - Vice Chairwoman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee said that, implementing the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has been actively preparing the necessary conditions to organize the 1st Provincial Fatherland Front Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee issued Plan No. 25/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated October 24, 2025, establishing 4 subcommittees and 4 working groups, developing programs, drafting political reports, unifying the structure, number of members and the new Standing Committee to submit to the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration.
The Congress is scheduled to take place over 2 days, from November 27 to 28, with the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development". The total number of delegates is expected to be 710 people, including 398 official delegates and 312 guests, representing all classes of people, religions, businesses, intellectuals, ethnic minorities...
The Congress will focus on evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution for the 2024 - 2029 term, developing a new term direction, discussing and contributing documents to the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, consulting to elect the Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, term I, and the delegation attending the National Congress.
It is expected that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term I, will have 118 members, the Standing Committee will consist of 11 people, including 1 Chairman, 1 Permanent Vice Chairman, 5 Vice Chairmen who are leaders of socio-political organizations and 4 Vice Chairmen who are also Heads of the Committee and Chief of the Agency's Office.
On this occasion, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee launched the construction of 95 Great Unity houses for poor households, organized an environmental protection launching ceremony in Ninh Binh parish (Hoa Lu ward) and many meaningful projects and tasks towards this important event.

The documents were elaborately drafted, reflecting the practical results of the 2024 - 2029 term and setting out directions and tasks for the new period" - Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Thi Thoa shared.
Strengthening trust, promoting the tradition of solidarity
The 1st Congress is an important milestone, demonstrating the maturity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system in the context of Ninh Binh implementing the two-level local government model. This is an opportunity to affirm the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in consolidating the great national unity bloc, promoting social consensus to make Ninh Binh develop more strongly in the new period.
The Congress identified that motto of action as "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", aiming to firmly consolidate the great national unity bloc, promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in socio-economic development, ensure security, national defense, and improve people's lives.
Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province said that the general goal set by the Congress in the new term is to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Strengthen political unions, gather, build, and consolidate the great national unity bloc. Play a key role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of all classes of people in the province. Implementing democracy and enhancing consensus among the people, on that basis, building an increasingly strong national solidarity bloc, promoting all resources to promote socio-economic development and promoting the industrialization and modernization of the country, contributing to building Ninh Binh province as a centrally-run city by 2030.
From the practical implementation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front work in the province, the Congress also identified three key breakthroughs: Continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, focusing on content directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of the people; Promoting the role of a leader, innovating leadership methods and working methods, improving the effectiveness of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels; Promoting digital transformation, applying information technology in operations, management, supervision and grasping public opinion, towards the "Digital Front" model.
