At the second session of the Provisional People's Council of Binh Thanh Ward held on July 31, Mr. Vu Huu Phu - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward, Chairman of the Binh Thanh Ward Trade Union said that in the first 6 months of 2025, voters and people in the area expressed their excitement, consensus and confidence in the leadership of the Party, in the process of arranging and streamlining the state administrative apparatus.
In particular, the establishment and operation of the Public Administration Service Center in the ward has contributed to improving the quality of service for people, demonstrating the determination to reform administration and taking people as the center of service.
In the past 6 months, the Ward Front has performed well the role of supervision and social criticism; coordinated to organize meetings with voters, monitored and supervised the settlement of legitimate petitions of the people. Supervision activities closely follow civil works, contributing to ensuring the quality and progress of projects.
The Front actively participates in resolving complaints and denunciations of citizens; contributing to timely mediation of conflicts within the people; maintaining stable security and order at the grassroots level and enhancing social consensus.
The unit also presented practical and responsible recommendations to the people such as strengthening inspection and strictly handling the production and trading of counterfeit and poor quality goods; speeding up the progress of key civil works such as expanding and upgrading Chu Van An Street and dredging, improving the environment, building infrastructure for Xuyen Tam canal...
With the achieved results and practical lessons, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Thanh Ward identified 7 key tasks in the last 6 months of the year.
