On July 31, at the press conference to launch the film "The Wind Rings the Blue Sky", the cast and crew were present to share about the project.
The film marks the return of Phuong Oanh after 4 years of absence from the screen from the film "Flavors of Love". In particular, she played a couple with Doan Quoc Dam - her good co-star in "Quynh Doll".
The actress shared: "I stopped acting for several years to focus on taking care of my family. When I had time, better health, and the opportunity, I decided to accept. My passion for acting has always been burning in me, I just waited for the right opportunity and conditions to act again.
At first, my husband said that acting had to be sincere, being bland was not good. Another day, my husband asked if there was a hot scene. Although he always encourages me, he also pays attention when I play a married person".
Revealing about this comeback role, Phuong Oanh said that she plays My Anh - an adult girl who has a family: "This is also a lucky thing to create a character quite close to me in real life.
At first, I thought that such a close role would not be difficult for me, but when performing, the director always had to mention that this was My Anh, not Phuong Oanh. There are situations where if I had to react this way, I would have reacted this way but the character would react differently, which is difficult for me".

"The Wind Rings the Blue Sky" continues the broadcast of the movie "Cold Sun" on VTV3. The film tells the story of the journey to find happiness of women over 30 years old with 3 main characters: My Anh - the housewife, who takes time to take care of her husband and children; Truc Lam (Quynh Kool) is married but refuses to mature and Chau Ngan (Viet Hoa) - a girl over 30 years old is still single and looking for her own value.
The script "The Wind Across the Blue Sky" bought the copyright from the famous Chinese film "30 Not yet". The Vietnamese version promises to bring many different aspects to women in their 30s.
Although this topic is not new, the film hopes to depict a different 30s age - a woman who is not bound by old customs. They have every right to choose a new path that suits them, even if it is different from society's expectations," said director Le Do Ngoc Linh.
Quynh Kool shared that after many hurtful and unfortunate roles in "Gara Hanh" or "Chung ta cua 8 nam sau", she wanted to portray a character with an innocent, innocent personality but facing the storm. She is confident that the Vietnamese cast can make an excellent version no less than the original.
Viet Hoa also revealed that she will have a relationship with Dennis Dang on screen. The couple had a good chemistry and smooth coordination even though it was their first collaboration.
