To practically celebrate the 116th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2026) and the 33rd anniversary of Army Women's Traditional Day (March 10, 1993 – March 10, 2026), in recent days, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 has organized many rich and practical activities.
Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere throughout the unit, attracting a large number of officials and members to participate. Prominent are propaganda and education activities about the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women and military women.

Through seminars, exchanges, and meetings, cadres and members review good traditions, arouse pride and responsibility; and at the same time honor the important contributions of women in performing the political tasks of the Regiment.
In addition, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 also organized many cultural, artistic, sports and folk games, attracting a large number of officials and members to participate.
The unit also launched a movement to plant trees, take care of flower gardens, and renovate the barracks premises, contributing to building a regular, green, clean, and beautiful landscape. Social security activities are also being implemented with attention.

On this occasion, Regiment 726 presented gifts to branches and women's union members in difficult circumstances; and presented 16 gifts to comrades in the branch's executive committee to recognize and express gratitude for their positive contributions to union work.
Previously, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 presented 200 warm coats to students of Sao Mai Kindergarten. The total value of the gifts is nearly 50 million VND, sponsored by philanthropist To Thi Thanh Trang (Ho Chi Minh City).
Along with activities in the unit, cadres and women's union members of Regiment 726 also actively participate in activities organized by the Women's Unions of Quang Truc and Tuy Duc communes such as seminars, rallies, folk dances, art performances, ao dai performances...
Thereby contributing to strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between soldiers and people in the area.

Major Roan Thi Hong Tham, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Regiment 726, said that the activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8 and Army Women's Traditional Day are organized to create a joyful, united atmosphere, and encourage officials and members to promote the good traditions of Vietnamese women and Army women.
Thereby contributing to improving spiritual life, encouraging officials and members to continue to strive, successfully complete assigned tasks, and build an increasingly strong unit.
Through this series of practical and meaningful activities, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 continues to consolidate the spirit of solidarity, build a healthy cultural environment in the unit; and at the same time encourage cadres and women's union members to promote good traditions and strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
