The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has just issued Instruction No. 03/HD-MTTW-BТТ on organizing the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the provincial and commune levels for the 2025-2030 term.
According to Instruction No. 03/HD-MTTW-BТ, the structure and number of the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial and commune levels for the 2025-2030 term are as follows:
Regarding the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial level:
- Number in the Standing Committee: from 7 - 9 people.
- structure in the Standing Committee (including Chairman, Vice Chairman):
+ Chairman;
+ Permanent Vice Chairman;
+ 1 Vice President is also President of the Labor Federation;
+ 1 Vice President is also Chairman of the Farmers' Association;
+ 1 Vice President is also President of the Women's Union;
+ 1 Vice President is also the Secretary of the Youth Union;
+ 1 Vice President is also the President of the Veterans Association.
+ Vice Chairmen monitor and direct according to fields, areas, and the gathering of social classes and classes.
(The Chairman and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial level will be arranged in accordance with the Directive and regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat; During the implementation period of the arrangement, the number of the Standing Committees can be kept the same as at present, after 5 years of implementation according to the regulations of competent authorities).
Regarding the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level:
- Number in the Standing Committee: from 5-6 people.
- structure in the Standing Committee (including Chairman, Vice Chairman):
+ Chairman;
+ 1 Vice President is also the Secretary of the Youth Union;
+ 1 Vice President is also President of the Women's Union;
+ 1 Vice President is also the President of the Veterans Association;
+ 1 Vice President who is also Chairman of the Farmers' Association (if any);
+ 1 Vice Chairman who is also Chairman of the Trade Union (if any).
