The Vietnam Fatherland Front Bloc has a large participation with 25 central officials, 7 provincial-level Fatherland Front leaders and hundreds of other candidates at local levels. Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy said that becoming a candidate to become a people's representative is a big challenge, especially for those participating for the first time. The election is like a "test" for each individual to cultivate political bravery, expertise and establish close connections with the masses. The highest measure of a delegate's success is trust and credibility from voters.
To support candidates to successfully complete their tasks, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has invited experienced experts to participate in reporting. The training content focuses on core skills such as building and presenting Action Programs, ways of contacting voters and methods of truthfully reflecting the will and aspirations of the people in the parliament. These knowledge helps candidates not only strictly comply with legal regulations on democracy, publicity, and equality but also know how to use talent and enthusiasm to persuade voters.
In addition to imparting skills, the conference is also an opportunity for the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to meet and encourage candidates before returning to their constituencies. Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy believes that, with high qualifications and determination, the candidates of the Front bloc will gain good experience from the speakers to build the image of a standard people's representative. If elected, they will be typical nuclei representing the voice of the great national unity bloc at the National Assembly forum.
