Ho Chi Minh City - The voter contact conference introduced biographies and action programs of candidates participating in early elections.

On February 24, at the hall of Fisheries Resources Surveillance Team No. 2 (Phuoc Thang ward, Ho Chi Minh City), a meeting with voters to mobilize elections of candidates for the 16th National Assembly (Electure Unit No. 4) and the 11th People's Council (HĐND) of Ho Chi Minh City (Electure Unit No. 10), term 2026-2031 took place.

Among them, 5 people participating in the National Assembly Deputy election are: Mr. Le Khanh Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Presidential Office; Mr. Le Ngoc Son - Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.

5 people participating in the election of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council include: Mr. Tran Manh Duc - Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Ms. Ha Thi Viet Bac - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society; Mr. Vo Van Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Vung Tau Ward; Ms. Hoang Thi Le Dung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward; Mr. Le Dinh Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dicera Holdings Joint Stock Company.

The conference introduced biographies of candidates. At the same time, each candidate also presented their own action program before the conference.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Ban - Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuoc Thang ward - said that the preparation work at 2 early election sites in the ward has been completed, ready for the early election to take place on February 26.

According to the plan, in the afternoon of February 24, the candidates will meet with voters to mobilize for elections in Long Son commune (HCMC). And continue to meet with voters to mobilize for elections in Tam Thang ward (HCMC) on the morning of February 25.

According to the plan, Ho Chi Minh City will organize early elections in 4 early voting areas, belonging to Phuoc Thang ward, Tam Thang ward and Long Son commune.

In which, Voting area No. 1 belongs to Phuoc Thang ward (including Naval Flotilla 128 and Naval Flotilla 129 of the Navy). The onshore polling station is located at the Headquarters of Naval Flotilla 129.

Voting area No. 2 belongs to Phuoc Thang ward (including Coast Guard Region 3 Command; Fisheries Surveillance Flotilla No. 2 and Standing Militia Flotilla under the City Command). The onshore polling station is located at the Headquarters of Fisheries Surveillance Flotilla No. 2.

Voting area No. 3 belongs to Long Son commune (including DK1 Battalion, Brigade 125, Command of Naval Region 2). The onshore polling station is located at the Command of Naval Region 2.

Voting area No. 4 belongs to Tam Thang ward (Vietnam - Russia joint venture Vietsovpetro). The onshore polling station is located in the Vung Tau airport area.
