On the afternoon of November 21, An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize education for prisoners of youth, help with salary refund, and reintegration into the community in 2025 at Detention Center No. 01.
Attending were Mr. Phan Duy Bang - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, representatives of leaders of a number of professional units of the Provincial Police; Youth Union, Provincial Police Women's Union; Long Xuyen Ward Youth Union, An Giang University Youth Union, An Giang Vocational College, An Giang Medical College.

With the theme: "Journey of faith, light up the dream of getting paid back", at the Program, Dr. To Nhi A - Lecturer of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law - shared stories carrying interesting and humane messages from life... At the same time, psychological advice with the theme "Overcoming adversity - Real getting paid back" through each story in life attracted the active participation of union members, young people and beneficiaries.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 30 gifts to prisoners serving their sentences at Detention Center No. 01 of the Provincial Police, to encourage them to recover well to return to their families soon.
This is one of the annual activities to mobilize social resources to participate in educational activities and help prisoners of youth reintegrate into the community; create changes for prisoners during the process of serving their prison sentences as well as after they have completed their prison sentences, returning to reintegrate into the community.
Speaking at the program, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Bich Lan - Deputy Warden of Detention Center No. 01, An Giang Provincial Police - emphasized: Through sharing stories and experiences, the community can recognize criminals not only through sentences but also through active actions and efforts on the journey to reintegrate into the community; thereby helping to reduce prejudices and reduce social discrimination.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Bich Lan also hopes that in the coming time, she will continue to receive support and companionship with organizations and units inside and outside the industry in supporting, finding solutions and building a solid bridge for those who have made mistakes; sharing and helping them on their journey to reintegrate into the community; together creating a more fair and humane society.
