Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy received 800 million VND to support people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, on November 13, Grand Cross of the Cross Le Duc Thinh and his colleagues went to the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to present 800 million VND to support people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Presenting the donation to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Grand Cross of the Cross Le Duc Thinh shared that every time he returned to the Front, he felt warm because of the " sincere image" for the country and the nation. The Vietnamese Catholic Church is a church of Jesus but serves the Vietnamese people. Therefore, regardless of the circumstances, every citizen, including Catholics, must be responsible to the Fatherland and the nation. That thought has urged him in recent years to not stop on his journey to care for the poor and the disadvantaged.

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), Grand Cross of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Le Duc Thinh sent his best wishes to all leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

According to Grand Cross Hiep si Le Duc Thinh, throughout history, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has continuously grown, always fulfilling its glorious mission, making a great contribution to the great revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, consolidating and promoting the strength of great national unity. That precious tradition is continued to this day.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy expressed his sincere thanks for the noble gesture of Grand Cross of the Cross Le Duc Thinh and his colleagues, thereby contributing more resources through the Vietnam Fatherland Front to send to people of all ethnic groups affected by natural disasters, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love, "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", helping people soon overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives.

Vice President Hoang Cong Thuy respectfully expressed her gratitude to Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee for the companionship and practical contributions of Grand Cross Society knight Le Duc Thinh in the past time, thereby bringing great encouragement and motivation to the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

According to Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy, immediately after storm No. 10, the northern and central provinces continued to suffer heavy damage due to storms No. 11, No. 12 and prolonged floods, causing particularly serious impacts on people's lives. Many localities are currently facing difficulties and need to continue to receive the attention and timely support of people across the country. Therefore, the joint support of Grand Cross of the Cross of Merit Laetare Duc Thinh and his colleagues is a valuable resource, contributing to helping people soon overcome difficulties of natural disasters and stabilize their lives.

Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy pledged that all donations will be allocated publicly, transparently, for the right purposes, to the right subjects, and quickly support people to overcome the damage after storms and floods.

On this occasion, Vice President Hoang Cong Thuy sent his best wishes to Grand Cross Le Duc Thinh and his colleagues to always be healthy, happy, successful and continue to accompany the Vietnam Fatherland Front in upcoming programs and activities.
