The Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and people's organizations in some places are slow to innovate their content and methods of operation.
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien suggested that the Congress focus on discussing and clarifying the causes and responsibilities, especially the subjective causes, and proposing practical and feasible solutions to promptly overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and limitations. "Tuyen Quang province strives to achieve the double-digit growth target, contributing to the goal of breakthrough and national development in the new era. How can people and every family have the aspiration to become rich, the rich get richer, the average get rich become well-off, the poor get out of poverty sustainably, leaving no one behind", Mr. Do Van Chien emphasized.
The Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee needs to study, update, and identify major policies and decisions of the Central Government, especially the Resolutions of the Politburo that have just been issued, specify them with goals, tasks, and solutions, implement them with high political determination, take drastic actions with 4 breakthroughs in human resource mobilization, administrative reform, and improving the investment and business environment.
In particular, the breakthrough in poverty reduction and livelihood care for people, especially in border areas, highlands, and ethnic minority areas. Develop education, human resource training, foster talents, focus on building new schools, renovating and repairing schools, especially in border communes and communes with special difficulties, to prevent shortages of teachers and schools.
