Also attending were Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Central organizations, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Central organizations, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Party Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union and leaders of central ministries, departments and branches, along with 415 official delegates, representing more than 136,000 Party members in the entire Party Central Committee of the province.
Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee A Lenh emphasized: The 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is a political event of special significance to the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in the province.
According to the Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, despite many difficulties and challenges, many new and unprecedented issues have arisen; but with the spirit of solidarity and unity of the entire political system, cadres, party members and people, in the 2020-2025 term, the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang before the merger have achieved important, quite comprehensive results and achievements with many outstanding marks; basically completing the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the two provincial Party Congresses.
"The achievements in the past term are the inheritance and promotion of the achievements of previous generations; a vivid demonstration of the solidarity, unity, leadership, creative direction, concentration and determination of the Party Committees of the two provinces; the contribution of effort, intelligence, efforts to overcome difficulties of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, business communities and people of all walks of life in the province.
The results achieved are of special significance, creating a premise for the new Tuyen Quang province to develop faster, more sustainably, more confidently, proud to join the whole country in a new era, an era of wealth, prosperity, civilization, and happiness", said Mr. Hau A Lenh.
This is a political event of special significance for the Party Committee and People of all ethnic groups in the province. The Congress was held at a time when the entire Party, people and army competed to achieve achievements to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress will summarize and comprehensively and objectively evaluate the achievements, frankly point out the limitations, weaknesses, causes and draw profound experiences after 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
The Congress gave opinions on the Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025. At the same time, discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
"With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development"; with the responsibility before the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the province, we wish to promote the highest level of intelligence, sense of responsibility, solidarity and unity to best complete the tasks of the Congress, orienting a new development phase of the province; successfully implementing the goal of by 2030, Tuyen Quang is a fairly comprehensive, sustainable, with high average income and striving to be a developed province with high income in the midlands and mountainous areas of the North", emphasized the Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
