On September 14, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province organized a reception of funds to support the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses in the area supported by Agribank North Hai Phong Branch.
At the program, Agribank Bac Hai Phong Branch donated 60 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund of Cao Bang province. The funding will be allocated to build and repair houses for poor and near-poor households.
In 2025, the "For the Poor" Fund mobilized and allocated 176 billion VND, supporting 2,697 households to improve their housing in Cao Bang province. As of August 31, 2025, all socialized funds will be allocated 100% to communes and wards, ensuring the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses according to plan.
From 2021 to present, the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee has received more than 275 billion VND from organizations, businesses, and individuals; thereby supporting the construction and repair of 6,064 houses for poor and near-poor households in the area.
