Mr. Le Van Trung, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City, said: at the 24th session of the 10th term People's Council of the city, based on the thoughts, aspirations and opinions of voters and people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City proposed 5 groups of issues.
Accordingly, regarding the organization of the activities of the two-level local government and the consolidation of Quang Nam province and Da Nang city, voters and people expressed their consensus on the policy, suggesting that the city soon concretize relevant legal regulations, clearly ensure functions, tasks, and powers between levels of government, and improve operational efficiency.
The city needs to have mechanisms and policies so that non-professional workers can continue to work in positions suitable for their age, qualifications and abilities when they finish their work, in order to promote experience, limit waste of human resources; research, support training, career conversion, and create new jobs.
Regarding policies to support business development and investment attraction, voters suggested that the city promptly have a "Quick, effective policy" to support businesses to overcome the current difficult period to stabilize production and business, create sustainable jobs for workers; create an open investment and business environment.
Voters and people recommend that the city continue to promote administrative procedure reform to support businesses, especially small and medium enterprises, to overcome financial difficulties and restore production.
For the cultural and social sector, voters suggested that the city continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, issue appropriate mechanisms and policies, and resolve open legal procedures to focus on developing cultural and social fields in parallel with the economic sector, creating a foundation for the city to develop sustainably.
Voters and people are worried about the increase in some infectious diseases such as flu, measles, rabies caused by dog and cat bites... with the risk of an outbreak affecting people's health and life; grassroots health care still faces difficulties in human resources, equipment, medical supplies...
Voters and people are very concerned about the situation of counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods and goods of unknown origin becoming a serious problem today.
Therefore, it is recommended that the city strengthen market management, customs, regular inspections at production and distribution facilities, strictly handle violations; build an effective database to trace the origin of goods; raise public awareness, promote propaganda and education about the harmful effects of counterfeit goods and the benefits of using genuine goods, have a mechanism to encourage people to report acts of trading in counterfeit goods.
Regarding the fields of infrastructure investment and urban management, voters suggested that the City People's Council should closely monitor the implementation of general planning and zoning plans; actively prepare conditions to adjust general planning, connect urban space, and create a new development corridor for economic sectors after the merger of Quang Nam province and Da Nang city.
Regarding the security and order situation in the city, voters recommend that the city government continue to direct relevant agencies, especially telecommunications network providers, to have solutions to prevent the use of junk SIM cards, SIM cards without ownership, and the use of virtual phone numbers to commit fraud and appropriate people's property.
Relevant authorities should effectively manage people's personal information. If used for the wrong purpose, it is necessary to strictly handle it, deter violations and acts, contributing to building a safe and healthy digital environment.
