Social security movements launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province have mobilized the strength of national solidarity to care for and help the poor and people in difficult circumstances. Ensure that everyone enjoys basic rights, minimize social risks, contribute to improving material and spiritual life, promote sustainable socio-economic development and strengthen trust in the Party and State.
The mobilization and use of the fund has achieved outstanding results such as: The gratitude and social security fund has mobilized more than 21 billion VND, the Fund for the Poor nearly 9 billion VND, the COVID-19 prevention fund more than 50.4 billion VND, the Yagi flood fund of 62.8 billion VND, along with the central Highlands and Central Highlands sea and island flood funds of 10 billion VND.
In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province has mobilized people to donate more than 1.5 million square meters of land, relocate and demolish about 650 houses worth 57 billion VND, more than 2,400 fences, gates, yards... worth 90 billion VND. At the same time, 640 billion VND and 590,000 working days worth 202 billion VND were mobilized to rebuild public works.

On September 12, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee successfully organized the 1st Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Ninh Binh province, period 2025 - 2030. This is the first typical and advanced conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Ninh Binh province when implementing the new model. At the conference, 150 outstanding collectives and individuals in the system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province were commended and honored for their many achievements in the patriotic emulation movement. Thereby, creating a strong spread and enthusiastic competitive atmosphere to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party among cadres, union members, association members and people of all walks of life.
