The dangerous area is in the range from 19 to 21.5 degrees North latitude; from longitude 106.5 to 109.5 degrees East longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the Gulf of Tonkin sea area.
From the next 48 to 72 hours, the tropical depression will move in a westerly direction, moving 3-5km per hour, strong at level 6-7, gusting at level 9.
