The strongest wind near the storm center is level 15 (167 - 183 km/h), gusting over level 17. The storm is moving west-northwest at a speed of about 30 km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will continue to move west-northwest, about 25 km/h, entering the East Sea.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of the storm was at about 16.9 degrees north latitude; 119.4 degrees east longitude, in the sea east of the northern East Sea. Strong storm intensity level 13, gust level 16.
The dangerous area at sea is from latitude 14.5 to 19 degrees north; east of longitude 117.5 degrees east. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 for the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move west-northwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on November 11, the center of the storm was at about 18.8 degrees north latitude; 117.9 degrees east longitude, in the sea east of the northern East Sea. Intensity level 13, gust level 16.
The danger zone is from latitude 15 to 20.5 degrees north; east of longitude 116.0 degrees east. Natural disaster risk level 3.
It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will move north-northwest, then gradually turn north-northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h. At 07:00 on November 12, the center of the storm was at about 21.3 degrees north latitude; 117.9 degrees east longitude, in the northeastern sea area of the northern East Sea. The intensity decreased to level 12, gusting to level 15.
The danger zone is from latitude 17 to 23 degrees north; east of longitude 116 degrees east. Natural disaster risk level 3.
From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will tend to move northeast at a speed of about 15-20 km/h and continue to weaken.
Forecast of impacts at sea, in the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea, strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-10; near the storm's eye, level 11-13, gusting to level 16. The waves are 4-6 m high, then increase to 6-8 m; the area near the storm's eye will have waves 8-10 m high. The sea is rough.
During November 10-12, this area will continue to be affected by strong storm winds of level 11-13, gusts of level6; waves 8-10 m high; rough seas.
