General Trinh Van Quyet becomes Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission
On November 4, the Central Party Office held a ceremony to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, will cease to participate in the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
The Politburo transferred, assigned and appointed Mr. Trinh Van Quyet to hold the position of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

On November 4, the Prime Minister issued decisions to appoint and reappoint leaders of a number of ministries and agencies.
In particular, in Decision No. 2436/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Le Duc Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of the Border Guard - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.
On the same day, the President decided to promote Mr. Le Duc Thai from Lieutenant General to Senior Lieutenant General.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Delegation Affairs Committee Ta Thi Yen announced the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving Colonel Vo Van Hoi (Vinh Long delegation) as a full-time National Assembly delegate to work at the National Defense, Security and External Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.
Colonel Vo Van Hoi is a seconded military officer, well-trained in the army; with extensive experience in work and has held many different positions in many units.
The Political Department of Military Region 7 announced and presented decisions on personnel work
On November 7, the Political Department of Military Region 7 held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel and military work.
Implementing the decisions of the Military Region, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Department of Politics will organize the handover of decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres, regular and early salary increase for professional soldiers in 2025.
The total number of officers and professional soldiers of the Politburo announced to receive the decision at the conference is 25 people. Of which, 8 officers were transferred and appointed to the position of cadres; 17 people were regularly and early salary increase for professional soldiers.
