In the next 24 hours, storm No. 8 is forecast to move west-northwest at a speed of about 15km/h. At 10:00 a.m. on November 13, the center of the storm was at about 20.1 degrees north latitude - 115.4 degrees east longitude; in the northern sea area of the North East Sea.

From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move west-southwest, about 5km per hour, and continue to weaken.
