It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 will move west-northwest at a speed of about 15 - 20km/h. At 10:00 on November 9, the center of the storm will be at about 18.5 degrees north latitude - 115.1 degrees east longitude; in the North East Sea, about 430km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago.
