The image after being posted has attracted public attention, causing many people to worry about the situation of dust spreading to the environment in the factory area.
Regarding the incident, Thang Long Cement Joint Stock Company has sent a report to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh province and relevant agencies.
According to the enterprise's report, at 10:35 am on July 9, a power grid voltage drop incident caused the factory's kiln to suddenly stop, and the system to be positive.
The incident led to untreated dust spreading outside through the chimney for about 20 minutes.
Thang Long Cement Joint Stock Company said that immediately after the power grid was restored, the unit handled the system error and started running stably again.
