On January 21st, day and night, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) will have strong northeast winds at level 6 - 7, gusts at level 8 - 9, strong sea waves, waves 4-6 m high.
The Gulf of Tonkin has strong northeast winds at level 6, gusts at level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 2-3 m high.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa and the central East Sea area will have northeast winds gradually strengthening to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, waves 2 - 5 m high.
From the afternoon and night of January 21, the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau, the sea area west of the South East Sea area (including the sea area west of the Truong Sa special zone) will have northeast wind gradually strengthening to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9, rough seas, waves 3-5 m high.
On January 22nd, day and night, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there will be strong northeast winds at level 6, gusts at level 7-8, waves 2-3 m high, rough seas.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa and the central East Sea area has strong northeast winds at level 6, gusts at level 7 - 8; waves are 2 - 5 m high; rough seas.

The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and big waves.
