The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the East of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Lam Dong will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. From noon on October 22, the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain, especially the area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang city will have heavy to very heavy rain.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
