The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from August 30 to September 8.
The midland and Northern Delta region from the night of August 30 to August 31, will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue will have heavy to very heavy rain. From September 1, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa to Hue will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. The rain will be concentrated in the early morning, evening and night.
The South Central Coast from the night of August 30 to September 7 is forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. The rain will be concentrated in the late afternoon.
