The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (December 12) in areas across the country.
The Northern region will have scattered rain. Cold at night and morning, some mountainous areas are very cold. Due to the influence of cold air combined with convergence in the upper westerly wind zone, from the night of December 12 to the end of the night of December 13, the North and North Central regions will experience moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
