On December 11, Ms. My Hanh - the owner of a warm clothing stall at the central market of Tram Tau commune (Lao Cai province) - confirmed that the information in the clip that is spreading online is real and that she is the seller and also the one who filmed the clip.

Ms. Hanh said that Tram Tau has been soaked in cold these days. On the afternoon of December 8, as usual, Ms. Hanh was selling when she saw a H'Mong couple standing in front of the stall. Both of them shivered in the wind, the thin jacket was not enough to cover the cold. Their faces became darkened by the harsh weather in the mountains and forests.

"The wife shyly asked to buy warm clothes for her husband. She chose a pants that cost more than 60,000 VND after a while. The couple talked very lightly, simply but very affectionately" - Ms. Hanh recalled.

But what strangled her was the payment time. The wife opened the silver fabric bag and took out a thick deposit of change, mostly 1,000 - 2,000 VND. She carefully placed them on the brick floor, spreading each piece to count the full amount of money to buy pants.

"Seeing her holding each bill, counting each bill patiently, I was really touched. These are very small coins but full of the thrift of workers in the highlands" - the shop owner shared.

Moved by the simple but realistic image, Ms. Hanh took her phone back for a few seconds and posted it on her personal Facebook. Unexpectedly, the clip immediately attracted tens of thousands of views, thousands of comments and shares.

Many people expressed their emotions at the rustic affection of the H'Mong couple.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bac (57 years old, Tram Tau commune) shared: "Seeing her wrapping each change of money to buy her husband the warm pants that I love so much. Sometimes rich and poor people are not important, what is important is their affection for each other".

In the cold winter, the warmest thing is not clothes but love. Daily moments like this make me feel more appreciative of the simple things around me" - Ms. Lo Thi Trang (24 years old, teacher at Hoa Hue Kindergarten) expressed.

According to Ms. Hanh, perhaps what made the clip spread strongly was the beauty of simple things. "Life in the highlands is still difficult. But despite the hardships, they still give each other sincere care. Just a warm pants, but containing so much affection" - she said.

In the cold of Tram Tau, the image of the wife collecting each piece of money to take care of her husband made many people feel the special warmth of the couple's love in the mountains and forests. That is the warmth that does not come from clothes or fireplaces, but from the silent sacrifice between rustic, honest people.
