The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 17) in areas across the country.
Due to the impact of cold air, from November 17-18, in the Northern region, there will be rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places.
The midlands, the Northern Delta and the North Central region will turn cold from the evening and night of November 17, the mountainous areas of the North will be very cold, and the high mountains will have some places with severe cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have widespread heavy rain due to the influence of increased cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude easterly wind zone.
The Southern region will have moderate rain and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 20-22 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 26-28 degrees Celsius.

Northwest
Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees Celsius, some places below 15 degrees Celsius.

Northeast
Lowest temperature: 19-22 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 19 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa to Hue
