In the early morning of September 1, Dak Sak Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that functional forces are investigating the cause of the fire that occurred at Dak Sak market, Hoa Phong village, Dak Sak commune.

According to initial information, at about 10:40 PM on August 31, the fire broke out from a business kiosk and quickly spread to many adjacent stalls in the market area. People and small traders tried to put out the fire but failed.
Upon receiving the news, Dak Sak Commune Police coordinated with the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 14 and related forces to mobilize officers, soldiers and vehicles to the scene to deploy firefighting.

By about 0:10 on September 1, the fire was basically under control, preventing the fire from continuing to spread.
The fire did not cause any casualties, but burned down goods and property inside 16 kiosks of 9 households. Initial estimated damage is more than 4 billion VND.

Currently, the police agency is examining the scene, investigating, and clarifying the cause of the fire.
