On September 5, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province said that it had just issued Certificate No. 14809/XN-UBND on registration to recover topsoil minerals as filling materials at the temporary waste site belonging to Tay Dai Lao construction stone mine, Ward 3, Bao Loc.

According to the confirmation paper, Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company was recovered 446,271m3 of primary manure land at the temporary waste disposal site within the scope and boundaries of the Tay Dai Lao construction stone mine area.
The area of mineral recovery area is more than 20,406m2. The topsoil after recovery is used as filling material to supply to projects.
The mineral recovery period is 24 months, from the date the confirmation certificate takes effect.
The Provincial People's Committee requests businesses to recover in the correct area, confirmed volume, comply with legal regulations and not take advantage of recovery to expand exploitation.
Businesses are also responsible for statistics and full inventory of the actual recovered mineral volume; ensuring the legal origin of minerals and fully fulfilling financial obligations according to regulations.
In the process of recovering and transporting minerals, businesses must coordinate with Bao Loc Ward 3 People's Committee to manage operations; and at the same time implement requirements on environmental protection, mine safety and traffic safety.
Before deployment, businesses must develop a construction plan to recover minerals, ensuring safety at the waste disposal site according to regulations on safety in open-pit mining.
The plan has been sent to relevant departments and branches and Bao Loc Ward 3 People's Committee for monitoring and management.
