On the afternoon of November 16, the People's Committee of Da Huoai 2 commune (Lam Dong) coordinated with Mr. Vu Ngoc Long to complete the procedures for handing over the rare brocade cat to the Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development of Creatures of Cat Tien National Park.
The male male male cat was given a weight of about 1kg, injured in both legs, but his health has gradually stabilized, and he can walk and eat well.

To receive the cat, the Cat Tien National Park Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development sent a team of experts to monitor the transportation to the unit.
Previously, at around 1:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. Long was traveling on National Highway 20, through Chuoi Pass, Da Huoai 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province, when he discovered a cat lying on the edge of the forest, so he came to check.
Here, Mr. Long discovered that the animal was injured in both legs, had lost a lot of blood, and was suspected of being trapped. Mr. Long is a PhD, former Director of the Southern Institute of Ecosology, and is now retired.
