The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusting to level 12. The storm is moving east-southeast at a speed of about 10km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the storm will mainly move eastward, at a speed of about 10km/h. At 1:00 a.m. on July 25, the center of the storm was at about 16.4 degrees north latitude; 119.9 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 12.

The danger zone is determined to be from 15 to 18.5 degrees north latitude, east of 116.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3. The affected area is the sea area east of the northern East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move northeast at a speed of 20 - 25km/h. At 1:00 p.m. on July 25, the center of the storm was in the northern sea of Luzon Island (Philippines), at about 18.8 degrees north latitude; 121.7 degrees east longitude. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 8, gusting to level 10.

The danger zone is between 15 and 19 degrees north latitude, east of 117.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 with the affected area being the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 36 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast at a speed of 25 - 30km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area. At 1:00 a.m. on July 26, the center of the low pressure area was at about 22 degrees north latitude; 124.1 degrees east longitude; intensity below level 6.

Regarding the impact of storm No. 4 Co May, the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 7 - 8, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9 - 10, gusting to level 12.
