On New Year's Eve to welcome the New Year 2026, the Traffic Police (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police promptly used specialized vehicles to take a citizen with a broken leg to the emergency room.
At about 0:30 on January 1, 2026, Ms. Ngo Lan Anh came to the headquarters of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) to report that her mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chien (54 years old), fell and broke her leg due to missing the sidewalk at the Tran Nhat Duat - Hang Dau intersection area. Because it was New Year's Eve, the family could not contact an ambulance, so they urgently asked the traffic police force for support.
Upon receiving the information, Major Nguyen Hoang Ninh - Team Leader of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 directly directed officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene, use specialized vehicles to take the victims to a medical facility for emergency treatment, ensuring health safety.
