At around 1:00 a.m. on August 5, while on duty at km1934 of Ho Chi Minh Road, the working group of the Nam Gia Nghia Road Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police) discovered a young man riding a motorbike in a state of unstable standing, with purple face, showing signs of fatigue and chest pain.

Realizing the critical condition, the traffic police team immediately used a special vehicle to take the victim to the nearest medical center for emergency care. Through verification, the victim was Mr. N.V.T.E (from Quang Ngai), who was on his way from Ho Chi Minh City to his hometown, when passing through Lam Dong province, he had a heart attack.
Thanks to being taken to a medical facility in time for emergency care, Mr. E was out of danger.

According to the initial diagnosis, Mr. E had a muscle spasm in his heart - a sign of coronary artery syndrome. If not intervened promptly, this condition can lead to myocardial infarction and stroke.
After learning about Mr. E's difficult circumstances, the traffic police team supported the admission procedures and contacted Mr. E's relatives to come and take care of him.
