On May 26, Facebook spread a photo of a woman taking a brave act, jumping into the rushing water, saving a person who had just jumped from a bridge in the Do Quan bridge area (Nam Dinh city). Before the woman's above action, many people praised and encouraged her.
Regarding the above incident, in an interview with Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao Ward (Nam Dinh City) confirmed that the above incident occurred in the Do Quan bridge area in the ward this morning (May 26).
Initial information, at around 6:24 am this morning, a person going to the area in the middle of Do Quan bridge suddenly jumped into the rushing water.
In response to the above incident, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai (38 years old, Physical Education teacher at Hong Quang Primary School, Nam Truc district) did not hesitate to jump down to save people.
Sharing more with PV, teacher Nguyen Thi Mai said that at around 6:30 a.m., she and her mother were on their way home from the hospital. When she returned to Do Quan bridge, she saw a crowd of people standing on the bridge, asking to know if someone had just jumped off the bridge.
"After asking everyone, knowing that the person jumped to follow the fast stream, was with his hand in the distance. Immediately, I found the way to the dyke and ran to the nearest position to swim to save. Thanks to the professional skills, I swim the frog and swim to stride to approach the drowning faster and promptly ashore ashore," Ms. Mai recalled.
