On May 31, Phuoc An Town Police, Krong Pac District, Dak Lak Province, said that the unit had received a thank you letter from Ms. T.T.U.T (37 years old, residing in Phuoc An Town) after receiving 900 million VND in the wrong transfer.
According to the letter, on April 28, Ms. T transferred money to the partner's account. However, due to a rush, Ms. T pressed the wrong number and mistakenly transferred 900 million VND to an unknown person.
Due to the large amount of money transferred by mistake, Ms. T was very worried and went to the bank to resolve the matter but to no avail.
On April 29, Ms. T submitted a petition to Phuoc An Town Police for support and to get the money transferred by mistake.
Using professional measures, Phuoc An Town Police coordinated, supported, and helped Ms. T get back the entire amount.
"When I transferred the money by mistake, I was very confused and afraid that I would not be able to get my money back. That is a huge amount of money that I borrowed to do business. I would like to thank Phuoc An Town Police for their responsibility and support in getting me back the above amount of money," Ms. T wrote in the petition.
