Phu Tho Police help a deaf-mute man find his relatives

Phu Tho - The police and people have helped a man who was born deaf and deaf find his relatives after many hours of getting lost in another district.

According to information from Phu Tho Provincial Police on the morning of April 4, at 11:15 a.m. on April 2, Quang Yen Commune Police, Thanh Ba District (Phu Tho Province) discovered a man over 60 years old who was not a local resident, had difficulty walking, could not speak, showed signs of mental instability, could not remember the way home and was unidentified.

Quang Yen Commune Police have coordinated with people and police of communes in the district to conduct a review, at the same time, verify information on social networking sites, and search for information about the identity and family of the above man.

At around 12:00 on the same day, Quang Yen Commune Police identified the man as Hoang Van T (born in 1960, residing in Zone 5, Yen Kien Commune, Doan Hung District, Phu Tho Province).

Mr. T is currently living with his younger brother and his wife. He suffered from unstable neurological problems and was born deaf and deaf, and had been lost to his family since around 9am on April 1. Mr. T's family searched and contacted many places but had no information.

After verification, the Quang Yen Commune Police contacted the family to pick Mr. T up and take him home.

After receiving information about relatives, Mr. T's family was extremely grateful to the Quang Yen Commune Police, Thanh Ba District and the people for supporting and helping Mr. T reunite with his family safely.
