On March 12, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that they had just received a thank-you letter from Mr. Nguyen Luong Bang (born 2001, residing in Dong Le commune, Quang Tri province) sent to the police force after being promptly supported in the fire that occurred with the truck he was driving.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Luong Bang, driver of license plate 73C-082. 81 of Doan Ket Phu Quy Co., Ltd., wrote a letter to Quang Tri Provincial Police expressing his deep gratitude to Captain Luu The Hoang, officer of Fire Fighting and Rescue Team No. 8, Fire and Rescue Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police.
According to the content of the letter, Captain Luu The Hoang took timely action to rescue when the truck driven by Mr. Bang caught fire, contributing to limiting property damage.
In the letter, Mr. Bang wrote: "Witnessing Comrade Hoang's drastic action and sense of responsibility, from the bottom of my heart, I am extremely grateful. Comrade's action not only saved property for me and the company but also is a clear proof of the image of the People's Police soldier:'For the country, forgetting oneself, serving the people', always ready to sacrifice himself for the peace of the people even when not on working hours.
