Information from Vietnam Railway Corporation, this morning (August 6, 2025), catcher Nguyen Quoc Tuan - an employee of SE4 train team - while working to pick up and drop off guests, suddenly discovered a black women's handbag left on bed number 28, car 3. Immediately, the attendant Tuan reported to the ship's captain Tran Van Tri for handling.
Through inspection, the bag contained cash of nearly 13 million VND and many important personal documents of a female passenger on the train. This is a large asset that needs to be returned immediately to the owner, ship owner Tran Van Tri quickly contacted the passengers. It is known that the female passenger named Cu Thi Thanh boarded the train from Tam Ky station and got off the train at Phu Ly station.
After receiving the news, passengers were extremely moved and asked to receive their property back as soon as possible. Immediately afterwards, the train team made a record and handed it over to Hanoi Station to send the next train to Phu Ly, helping customers receive their assets as soon as possible.
Receiving the forgotten property, female passenger Cu Thi Thanh sent her sincere thanks to the ship's captain and SE4 attendants for their dedication, thoughtfulness and responsibility at work. Beautiful actions like this continue to spread the spirit of serving the people, contributing to building the image of the Vietnam Railway industry to be increasingly friendly, trustworthy, and worthy of being a national means of transportation.
Previously, the SE4 train group led by Mr. Tran Van Tri repeatedly returned their assets, helped passengers in difficulty on the journey and received recognition from passengers and certificates of merit from the Railway industry. These noble gestures are even more meaningful on the occasion of the Party Congress of Vietnam Railway Corporation, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and good tradition of the Vietnam Railway sector's staff.
