On July 4, Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Red Cross Society said that the unit had just organized the 13th "Red Journey" Program with many meaningful and practical activities.
The highlight of this year's program is to visit and give gifts to patients in difficult circumstances. Especially those who are receiving blood transfusion and Thalassemia patients (congenital hemorrhage) at Lam Dong General Hospital.
"The movement has spread widely, attracting the support of many organizations and individuals inside and outside the province to join hands to support patients," Mr. Minh shared.
Accompanying the program for the past 13 years, this year, BIDV Lam Dong Trade Union continues to sponsor 20 gifts (500,000 VND/gift).
Representing the unit, Mr. Ta Quang Trung said that this is the heart of union members and workers to the patients in difficulty.
Deputy Director of Tam Sai Gon Dental Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Ms. Nguyen Cao Nhu Hien also shared the joy of contributing a small part to help poor patients.
As for Ms. Ngo Tong Vinh - Director of Nha Trang Hanh Family Company Limited, and her husband and wife, they went directly to Lam Dong for the first time to attend the program, donating 4 million VND.
Ms. Ngo Tong Vinh shared: Seeing many difficult circumstances that needed help, we decided to participate directly. In the past, I often sent the company's bird's nest products to Da Lat to give to patients."
