    Previously, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy (born in 2000, residing in Duc Minh commune, Ha Tinh) reported that on the way from Duc Minh commune to Truong Vinh ward (Nghe An), she dropped a handbag containing a laptop worth about 28 million VND, along with many important documents and data.

    Immediately after receiving the information, the Thien Nhan Commune Police force quickly deployed verification and checked the area where Ms. Thuy passed through. After only about 30 minutes, the Commune Police found the bag and returned it to the owner.
