On January 7, Mr. Tran Van Phu - Head of Nha Trang Tourist Port Management Department (Nha Trang Bay Management Board) said that a security officer of the marina had just returned a set of professional photography equipment worth about 200 million VND to a tourist who had forgotten it.

Accordingly, while performing duties in the waiting area, Mr. Tran Duc Thien - security staff of Nha Trang Tourist Train Station discovered a professional camera set without anyone watching over it.
Immediately after that, Mr. Thien reported to the unit leaders and carried out asset preservation procedures in accordance with regulations.
Through verification, the above equipment set is the property of Mr. Tran Viet Quoc, a photographer living and working in Khanh Hoa.
Receiving the set of equipment back, Mr. Quoc expressed his emotion and thanked Mr. Thien personally and the Nha Trang Tourist Wharf collective. According to Mr. Quoc, in addition to its great material value, this set of equipment is also an important working tool, especially the memory card in the camera stores many valuable data including wedding photos and event images that have not been backed up in time.
According to Mr. Tran Van Phu, in 2025, Nha Trang tourist wharf welcomed more than 1.6 million visitors participating in sea and island tours.
In addition to the task of ensuring security and safety for tourists, the Nha Trang Bay Management Board also regularly mobilizes workers at the wharf to support tourists who forget their property. In the past year, the unit has recorded dozens of cases of property being returned to tourists.
The beautiful action of the security staff of Nha Trang tourist wharf contributes to spreading the image of a safe, civilized, and friendly tourist destination, creating trust for tourists when coming to Khanh Hoa.
