Bus staff promptly took the fainted passenger to the emergency room

Hanoi - A passenger who fainted on the bus was taken to the emergency room in time by the driver and service staff.

According to information from Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco), at around 1:02 p.m. on December 14, 2025, on the route of bus route 38 (license plate 29B-150.13), when the vehicle was traveling through Kim Ma Street (ring 1), driver Ngo Dinh Mao and service staff Ngo Van Tam discovered a male passenger about 70 years old fainting in the vehicle.

Immediately afterwards, the driver and the service staff reported to the route management department and asked for permission to move the vehicle to the Transport Hospital for emergency care. The passenger was promptly handed over to the hospital's medical team for care. The bus staff also proactively contacted the passenger's family to coordinate the handling.

Previously, on November 21, 2025, Lao Dong Electronic Newspaper reported that Transerco staff promptly took a passenger who had fainted on the bus to the emergency room. On bus route 101A (license plate 29B-207.46), from Van Dinh to Giap Bat, when arriving at the Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee area, the service staff Nguyen Xuan Tung and driver Cao Xuan Duc quickly helped take a passenger who was a student who fainted on the bus to Phu Xuyen Hospital for emergency care.

The dedicated and responsible actions of Mr. Ngo Van Tam, Mr. Ngo Dinh Mao (route 38 - Nam Ha Noi Passenger Bus Enterprise) and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tung, Mr. Cao Xuan Duc (route 101A - Tan Dat Center) not only contribute to ensuring the safety and health of passengers, but also spread a beautiful image of the Transerco staff - always ready to support people in all situations.

According to statistics, in November 2025, Transerco's bus network and bus stations recorded 38 beautiful actions and humane stories from the driver team, service staff, operators and station staff. These meaningful actions continue to contribute to building the image of civilized, safe and humane public passenger transport in the capital.
